Some have heard the advice that in order to get acne control, you should get a tan. Another common myth heard by teenagers or adults who suffer from acne is to prevent makeup and not shave. Finally, all the people who have ever had acne symptoms probably have included, or squeezed blackheads, pimples or lesions. The contemporary thought can be very different from previous generations about the causes and effects of acne and acne treatment.
Get a tan
There is absolutely no evidence that baking in the sun itself will help you in your search for control of acne. Because spending time in the sun can cause your skin becomes darker, the redness of acne may not be so obvious when you have a tan, but as soon as the tan starts to fade, you will be able to see the redness and pimples again. Tanning can actually harm your skin from the harmful rays of the sun on irritated, damaged or sensitive. If you like the sun, be sure to use adequate protection to avoid painful sunburn and potential skin cancer later in life.
Grains Squeeze
There are few people who suffer from acne which have not been warned not to tighten blackheads, pimples. However, it is highly unlikely that most people have the willpower to actually prevent these outbreaks ugly press. Contrary to the belief, squeezing a pimple not solve the problem so it heals faster. Squeezing can actually drive more bacteria on the skin, causing redness, pain, and even an unpleasant argument.
