This is great soap. As a guy I was used to using regular soap, but it was just too drying. So I switched to this. As a result, my skin is not as dry after I shower. Another thing is that it's cheap. Buy a 14 pack and that can last you a year, buy some other stuff to get over $25 and you get free shipping too, saves going to the store and saves gas. What a deal!

I've been using dove products for a very long time now.I absolutely love the Dove Cool Moisture Beauty Bar.Why? Because it lathers really well and left my skin feeling cool,soft,refreshed and moisturized.I was drawn to this product because I love the cucumber/green tea scent. I found that the green tea scent enhanced the cucumber and gave it a more of a herbal effect.The weight of the bar is 4.25 OZ/120 g (which lasts for a very long time).If you have dry skin this is an excellent beauty bar to use...I recommend 100% !!!

Too expensive

I think you can get this soap less expensive at Walmart. This was too much money. I priced it at Walmart and I would have come out much cheaper.

Good soaps. Overpriced on Amazon. Locally these sell for $0.92 per bar in a 6 pack. This 14 pack is priced at $1.26 each bar. Same 4.25 oz bars. Don't pay 37% more than you have to.

great soap - great scent

I have always used Dove hypoallergenic scent free soap, ever since a dermatologist recommended it to me as a teen. So I'm not into heavily scented soaps, but I decided to give this one a try. And I have to say the scent is just right, not too strong. I'm surprised someone would use the term pungent to describe the scent. It gives me a very fresh, clean feeling, with no lingering scents once I'm rinsed off. If I smell my skin afterwards, it just smells clean and natural. And it lathers up real nice. I keep my head cropped pretty short, and it lathers so good that I use this on my stubble as a shampoo. Pretty much the only thing I use in the shower. Makes a great lather for shaving as well, haven't bought shaving cream in years. Only downside is, you'll go through these bars real fast as they tend to dissolve quickly.

This is the best soap that I have ever used. My husband loves it and can't stand it if we get near the end of our stash. I love the milk bar. A nice smell with more moisturizing ingredients then anything I have ever tried.

Refreshing

I've been using Pre de Provence for months now and I can't say anything bad about them! This is not my favorite scent (lavender is), but it is still great. This brand of soap leaves my skin refreshed and not dry like everything I buy from supermarkets.

Great soap

I have been looking for a simple soap that does the job (leaves my skin really clean) but is pleasant to use. I found the soap. It has a subtle scent and cleans and softens my face. I have use commericial soaps where I had to load up on moisturizer because they take the glyerin out of the soap and sell it. Love- love this soap. I almost don't want to give the secret away. Enjoy.

I bought a bar of this during a port visit in Maine, not really thinking much of it and didn't even open it for a month or so. Man, was I surprised! this soap smells so good and yet is subtle. Definitely mosturizing. When I got down to the last sliver, I went looking in stores for this stuff and couldn't find it or even find a scent that came close. I'm so happy I found it on Amazon of all places!

This soap made my skin so soft and took away bumps I had from dry skin. I whole heartedly recommend this one - and the milk scent is not over powering... the lavender is really nice too!

Jergens value pack soap has that very mild fresh scent fragrance--and it really makes a difference! Unscented soap doesn't really please me; so I use this type of Jergens soap. The scent does not overwhelm me.The soap, of course, goes a long way toward making my sensitive skin much smoother. That counts--my skin around the bridge of my nose and my feet is often so dry that it flakes all over and it's not exactly attractive. Jergens soap fights that successfully.Of course, if you're allergic to scents or perfumes, choose another type of soap. I believe there is a type of unscented Jergens soap for sale on this website.If you can catch a sale on this, stock up!Overall Jergens mild soap with a slight fresh scent is a good type of soap to use when you want to feel clean and have a light deodorizing fragrance on your body at the same time. This is my favorite hand soap from Bath and Body Works. It has a very strong Lavender scent that is very relaxing and just makes you want to take a nap. This large 12 oz bottle lasts for a long time.

Gentle on dry hands, plus it's antibacterial

It was hard to find a liquid soap that has moisturizers and is antibacterial, and which comes in a nice flavor. This has all three. The pomegranate scent is juicy; it resembles a real pomegranate. It has a lot of moisturizer so it feels almost like lotion - slippery and cream-like but not so sudsy. I give it 4 stars rather than 5 because the bottle is small and gets narrower at the top, so it has less soap in it than most normal soap containers. When you get near the end, about 1/5 of the contents stays at the bottom and will not go up the tube. I suspect that they purposely designed these features so that you have to keep buying a lot of them. I really like this soap but I wish it came in a larger bottle like the other brands.

An easy and fantastic craft...

My daughter loves gifts that involve making things, so we got her this kit for her 6th birthday. I loved that I could read her the instructions and then let her go, and encouraged her to do different things then the instructions said, too--she had a great time shaping the soaps, using the little bath salts, and was delighted by the fact that she got to put each completed soap in it's own little plastic case. I was delighted that we didn't have to cook anything, melt anything, or make a huge mess. They smell fine--the same genre as play doh, but a little stronger, I'd say it's not unpleasant. When she uses them in the bath, the glitter that she sprinkled on top gets all over her skin, which she loves. She gave one to her grandma and she was so proud of herself. She keeps them carefully tucked away, so her brother doesn't use them, and has asked for another kit for Christmas. So, for us, this was a great choice. If you have a little girl that's crafty--this is a fun way to spend an afternoon.

My 9-year-old daughter received this kit for Easter. She could not wait to start making the "cupcakes". She thinks it is really fun and likes that it could be a group activity or one by herself. Following the instructions was easy. She made a realistic looking strawberry in no time. Her 10-year-old cousin also got this kit and had a blast making her own cupcake soap designs. Wish we could find refills of the soap clay!Re: scent of the soap. We don't think it is stinky. It has a hint of honeysuckle fragrance. All the colors smell the same so you don't get a blend of scents.

Not worth the money

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It's not worth the money. It stinks would be better if there was a scent to it. My daughter made 1 soap and thru it in the trash.

Smells So Good!

I love the scent of this soap, and the fact that it's a foam means that there is very little waste or mess, unlike liquid soaps that drip and ooze. Most aesthetically pleasing antibacterial soap I've ever seen. Love it!
