What is the best brand of cosmetics?

I like some opinions on what the makeup is the safest, most natural of the mark. It should not be tested in animals and should be safe for sensitive skin. Thank you.

Chanel. It can be a bit expensive, but it's so worth it. Not tested on animals and are hypoallergenic and noncomogeunic. It is highly tested. All your bases aim to create a very natural look, to the extent that their databases contain light-reflecting pigments that give your skin a radiant natural look. All of its composition is long-wearing, and it feels like you're wearing nothing at all. It is my base of choice.

Is there anyone here who makes their own cosmetics? (Or know any information about it)?

I was beginning to make my own natural lotions / makeup, and I really wanted to talk to someone with some experience. At this moment I am having a very difficult time finding the ingredients right that can be purchased separately, for example, collagen and vitamin A. I also need to know the best way to buy things such as vitamin E (as can mixed in the lotion). Should I buy it in the form of oil? I really appreciate any response ... Thanks!
