My baby developed a rash after using traditional childrens sunscreen (she was older than 6 months at the time). This stuff is made of inert sunscreen materials which do not irritate (good old zinc oxide). Goes on clean (not white) and non-greasy. I love it and use it on my face as well.

Not the solution I was hoping for

Based on my dermatologist's recommendation, I purchased Vanicream Sport with the hopes it would allow me to wear sunblock without making my face break out. While it seems to work great for other reviewers, I didn't have the same luck. My face still broke out after I used it, about the same as if I used Eucerin or Neutrogena. It didn't cause a burning, stinging sensation like chemical sunblocks, but it didn't wash away cleanly and I ended up with pimples from that. Maybe I should have tried the version that is not water-proof, but reviewers said it was too greasy, so I went with the "sport" version.I would say it's still worth a try to anyone with problem skin, but it may not work for everyone.

I recommend all Vanicream products with those with sensitive skin

I have fair, sensitive skin, so I burn if I look at the sun! I tried this because it is a top choice from the Campaign for SAFE Cosmetics. It does take a little more blending into my skin, but that's no big deal. I use it on my face, neck and arms daily and it does not make me break out and I don't burn (which is the point). I also like Vanicream Moisturizing Skin Cream.

A Little Thick For Me

Doesn't break out my sensitive skin

I read an article by a Dermatologist that was suggesting this product. I came back from Florida after using an over the counter sunscreen and wow, my skin broke out, burned and peeled. I ordered this product and from day one I haven't had any break- outs or problems with the sun. Please give it a try, it really does do what it says it will. This is definetely for someone with dry skin.

Wanted to love it, but too greasy

I tried using this product today however it's too much for my sensitive skin. One of the chemicals in it acted as a trigger to my (mild) Rosacea and I experienced bumps raising on my cheeks after wearing for a couple of hours along with burning eyes even though I did not put it near the upper or lower lids. (Just washed my face to get it off and the eye burning subsided) I also found it too greasy for my taste. My face looked oily the entire time. I purchased this one (SPF 15) for everyday use along with the Anthelios SPF 60 Melt-In Sunscreen Lotion for longer sun exposure. Tried the Melt-In and liked the texture much, much better, did not leave my face feeling greasy, however I experienced the same burning/irritation sensation. Darn, something in these products doesn't agree with my skin!

My Dermatologist recommended that I order and use the La Roche-posay Anthelios SX Daily moisturizing cream SPF 15 with mexoryl SX. I have been very pleased with how my face looks and feels. I will continue to buy and use this product. Its wonderful! I ordered on Amazon.com , was I surprised when I received it in 3 days.

This is the best moisturizer with sunblock I have purchased. I was using La Roche-Posay's "Rosaliac" moisturizer but it does not contain a sunblock. This has it all in one step, and has helped significantly with my sensitive, dry, and flaky skin. Since I've been using it my skin has not been flaky at all! I highly recommend it for people with dry skin like mine!

A Must for Good Skin

My dermatologist recommended this product to me and I love it. I grew up in FL, so had a lot of skin damage. This cream has a sunscreen in it, as well as anti-wrinkle ingredients. It's not greasy and makes my skin feel great.

This is what I use on my face, the Obagi sunscreen spf 35. It feels good on my skin which is very important to me. Goes on well under my makeup, not feeling or looking like sunscreen. The product is light and the bottle a decent size.

Obagi Healthy Skin Protection is simply the best quality protective cream I have found to use on my face...though you can use it on arms, chest ect.I was looking for a daily wear sunblock that did not make my skin look grey or greasy or cause me to break out. I work out of doors year round...this product works and my skin looks great. An added plus...the price was the best I have found so far even with factoring in shipping costs ...what's more...the estimated shipping was for ten days...I received my product in less than five days with normal shipping fee. I highly recommend the product and the vendor.

I have used them all. Am using the Obagi system. After surviving skin cancer, this product soored a 2 out of 10 with 10 being the worst, for sunscreen protection. Is not greasy or white when put on the face. I will wear nothing else.

Comparison to Obagi C RX

I previously used Obagi C RX and thought I'd try Obagi Nu Derm. The Nu Derm was heavier and greasier, not what I wanted or expected. I have normal to oily skin, so this product was not for me. I do however LOVE the Obagi C Rx and will stick with it as my moisturizer and sunscreen.

I am a 40 year old women who woke up one morning to find a large patch of brown pigmentation on her face. I have worked outdoors much of my life and my skin was starting to show. I didn't think I was vain until that moment. I had tried other products for the small wrinkles that were slowly invading, but I was not really satisfied with any of them. The NIA products were my last ditch. There has been more of a difference in the overall look of my skin with the NIA then with any other product I have used. It does not remove every trace of brown and you must have patience, but, not only are my patches less dark, my wrinkles are improved. The cons are: expensive, does not magically disappear all brown pigmentation (but does make a noticeable difference). The pros are: I have seen an actual difference in the tone and texture of my skin, I did not have any adverse reaction to the product from the start. If you can afford it, I would definately recommend this product.

My dermatologist recommended this sunscreen for daily use on my face & body. I was buying it from her office until I found it on Amazon at a much better price. Great moisturizing cream and sunscreen

I am a regular beach-goer, spending a lot of time in the sun. I discovered Celazome Moisturizing Sunscreen/cream after my wife and I had gift facials and the woman who gave me my facial recommended it. I started using it on a daily basis after my morning shower and know that the cream clearly has helped my sundried skin. The best part is, it is also a sunscreen product, so one gets the double deal of a moisturizer and sunscreen protection. Great product. I don't buy it anymore from the woman, she charges too much, I buy it off Amzaon.com.

Great sunscreen

Recently had to have surgery to remove a basal cell carcinoma on my chin. Was never one to wear sunscreen much in the past due to skin breakouts from the oils but paid a price for not wearing it with skin cancer. Since then I have tried many different kinds to find one that would not cause skin break outs. Received a sample of Celazome with a sun hat I purchased and was impressed. Goes on smooth and does not leave my face feeling greasy or cause my eyes to itch and no break outs. Wear it every day.

This sunscreen was first recommended to me by my facialist/esthetician a few years ago and I'm a huge fan! I've shared it with several friends and we're all in agreement -- one of the best! (a friend in Palm Springs calls it a DRUG because he's so addicted). We love it because it goes on smoothly, is odor-free and doesn't cause any stinging or irritation. And it works!
