What is a good body lotion for dry skin thickness?

I have very dry skin on elbows, knees, arms, feet, hands. What is a good thick body cream / lotion I can use?

I using Cetaphil cream is very thick cheap perfume is free, I love to heal my dry area especially in the winter months. The Body Shop has my other coconut body butter lovely smell and makes my skin so soft.
