Is it okay to use moisturizing lotion/body lotion on a dry scalp?

bc tomorrow i have school and i dont want to go to school with a head full of flakes.

P.S. buying head & shoulders tomorrow after school.

You can, but it probably won't do any good either. Adding more oil to the scalp, will lead to more dandruff.
