Most small towns in Ireland have a wholefood shop/ health shop. There is a shop in Dublin beside the Hard rock Cafe (forget the name of street) in Temple Bar. Amnesty International or Greenpeace sells a shopping guide which tells you which companies trade fairly, kind to humans, animals and the environment. It is called the Good consumer guide or something like that. It comes out ever year.
