Try washing the face that indicates "Dry" normal. Dove is a good moisturizer for dry skin.

My baby developed eczema when the poor was 5 months of age. We bought Aveeno Baby Lotion Dry skin eczema, and it works wonderfully! It is so thick, no odor, and is not fat! Now your baby's skin is soft, like any other child! It works so well I ended up buying some of the elbows and knees. If not, you can try Vaseline Petroleum Jelly bedtime. That way you have time soaking up all night. If none of the work, the DR may prescribe a lotion.
