Makeup DILEMMA! Help please?

I use powder foundation without the mineral veil on top of it .. I think the veil only makes u look fake and over the top ... I mean what is wrong with the use of bases and stop at that? What are the benefits of wearing a veil minerals? In addition, outside of the minerals in the open, medical Formula, Clinique, organic chemicals Faerie Jane Iredale, the luscious new bee ... that is purer and healthier for your skin? rate em if u can! I mixed with the mineral veil the face color and use that. my favorite is shining clear. I tried to use only powder face, but it ends up being too harsh on the pigmentation and the veil absorbs shine. if you think it looks too "done" Trying to keep a water spray bottle a stand in makeup. when ur done putting makeup, lightly spray the face and then pat lightly with paper towel. helps make the skin look less fake.
