Cosmetic products that look good on Asians?

Just wondering if anyone knows which brands or products are best in Asia, especially Vietnam, the skin tones? I have oily skin and uneven skin tone, and liquid foundation that is committed, but it is too clear to me, so I have to mix it with a variety of other and still does not look so natural. My fading / Redness on the cheeks are still visible even when applied at. So any tips or advice is welcome.
