If I do not eat a lot one day I feel like I'm destintigrating to nothing?

So I think I asked this before a while, but I had no useful answer, and people in my life seem to think I'm exaggerating. I weigh 17 pounds and 117. When I was about 15 years, weighed 128, and that was when I was missing some of the health trying to eat only organic / natural foods. Today, as that is, and I can not seem to gain any weight. And when I do not eat a lot one day, next day I'm buried in, like a sack of bones. My clothes are loose on me, and I feel lighter. I liked how I looked better when it was 128, seemed more "feminine." Now I feel like I'm turning into a figure. It is not only cosmetic concerns me, I'm beginning to think there must be something terribly wrong with me. No matter how much we eat, including fatty foods and junk, still remain about the same weight. Most look like a blessing, but it was well before that worries me.

Exercise and a decent diet! You eat more because of their exercise and diet (not strict, but good) that will keep your body fat, not thin. Dieting and exercise are not only for people who want to get thinner, but to get fit everywhere.
