my acne is out of control?

my acne is so bad its gotten to a point to where i dont want to go out anymore. I use burts & bees cleanser,moisterizer and i exfoliate twice a week. and i use a perscription cream. I dont know what to do. I ordered organic make-up but its been almost a week and hasnt come yet. I went a whole week without make-up and i hate it. someone help
i think it might because the last few days iv been having alot of anxiety
