Acne !!!!!!!!!!!?

23 hours I have had severe acne for the past year. This is what we already do and have tried, so if anyone has any other advise please let me know. I tried BenzaClin, Proactive, Murad, Bosia, etc. .. I have tried natural products and remedies supplaments take omega 3 and zinc and a weight of several vit A'm vegetarian, not eating many processed foods, sugar or soda. My diet and / or lifestyle has not changed in the past year, always drink plenty of water (bottled water smart, figi) I try to eat only organic foods.

Applying lavender essential oil works wonders. I really do not think that until someone reccomded treatment instead of the standard on the shelf area. Besides that, I found the following things matter and tend to acne effect. 1) Eating sugar (and artificial). If you eat no sugar predispotion of acne is significantly decreased. Mine disappeared completely when I did. 2) Eating greasy fried foods (including fast food). I realized I was able to feel outbreaks coming on as I ate the material. I think sugar matters more. 3) Remove the hair covering the face (for the beard, sideburns, or hair long curly arriving at your sides). I do not know why this matters, but it does. 4) Wash the face with water from the shower. The more you wash, the better it gets. However, chlorine, that tap water is at all irritating, so if you have the chance to get a chlorine shower filter that goes a long way to fixing the skin (and hair). There are other things Anecdotal I'm not sure anyway about acne, but I would leave it, if you are generally healthy, he will not get acne, so the Most of the time its best to only think of acne as indictator for your body. Then again its too horrible to discuss, and I went through a lot of pain before I realized what I just said. I'm a fan of hydrogen peroxide, but usually do not recommend it to people since the usage is more complicated. However, if you have things around the mouth you might want to consider implementing some topics. If you have really been doing something similar to it, you might have had a sinus infection long term, which is the cause of your acne (or something wrong with your body). This is a more likely possibility, but if what I said before is not applicable, is might want to look at that.
