Good stuff

I never thought I would ever write a review for a lotion, but this stuff is good. I'm a middle aged guy with some drying skin. This stuff is much thicker than the cheap lotion I have tried in the past, but it lasts much longer. My shins don't itch like crazy anymore either.

Very good for itchy skin

This lotion works BETTER on my itchy winter skin than full strength cocoa butter! It is a little thicker than most lotions. It absorbs well into the skin.The reason I got this lotion is because I trust this brand (JASON). They don't put any toxic junk like SLS (sodium lauryl/laureth sulfates) or Parabens in any of their products.A lot of lotions and underarm deodorants have parabens in them. But I heard that once parabens absorb into your body they mimic the effects of the hormone Estrogen. They have removed pieces of breast cancer that were loaded with parabens! That makes me want to avoid them, just in case they are contributing or causing cancer.Parabens in products are usually called something like "methylparaben" and you have to look for "paraben" at the end of a long word. Tricky.

good but greasy on t-zone area

I am 47 years old woman who has a combination skin, very dry on cheeks, visible pores on t-zone. This lotion seems working well on dry area, but makes oily area very greasy. I have to keep putting on the powder later on. It must be a good product but it eats up the makeup and I can't even add the sunscreen at all bcs it makes the skin so greasy.

pure, hydrating but not oily

I love this moisturizer, and it is rare for me to find one that works! I have challenging skin: sensitive yet acne prone, and so I am always trying new lines and feeling unsatisfied. I also prefer to use pure, chemical free products which makes things even harder. Most products are either natural & greasy or chemical laden & drying. With keys, I am using something healthy for my body-no parabens, etc. But (most importantly!) I also see great results - my skin finally feels hydrated and yet not oily. This is a tough balance! As a bonus, I like the fact that it has naural luminizers, which even though I can't actually see them, I assume I am glowing and luminous. (But certiainly there is no horrible sparkles, don't worry). I also like the facial wash, and the tortuga thick cream for body. Thrilled with this line and even more happy I can find it on amazon- as there is nowhere else that carries it.

This is an amazing product. It goes on like silk. My skin looks and feels wonderful. It's all natural, good for you and Vegan! What more could you want? It smells great and wears beautifully under make-up. Also can be worn alone, gives face and neck a soft focus look. I have used many products and am now faithful to this one. You don't need a lot, a bit goes a long way. It's really that good, use it morning and night. Love it!
