Severe adult acne!?

I have 23 I have had severe acne during the past year. This is what we already do and have tried, so if anyone has any other advice please let me know. I have tried to BenzaClin, Murad proactive Bosia, etc. .. I've tried natural products and cures supplaments take omega 3 and zinc and a weight of several vit A'm vegetarian, not a many processed foods, sugar or sodium. My diet and / or lifestyle has not changed in the past year, always drink plenty of water (bottled water, intelligent, Figi) I try to eat only organic foods.

The application of lavender essential oil works wonders. I do not really believe it until someone reccomded I try instead of the standard in this area useful. Besides that, I found the following matter and acne tends to impact. 1) Eating sugar (or artificial). If not predispotion eat sugar your acne decreases. Mine disappeared completely when I did. 2) Eating greasy fried food (aka fast food). I realized that I was able to feel outbreaks coming on as I ate things. I think sugar matters more though. 3) Remove the hair covering the face (so beards, sideburns, or long curly hair that comes to your cheaks). I do not know why this matters but it does. 4) Wash your face with water from a shower. The more you wash, the better it gets. However, chlorine in tap water all irritated and so if you have the opportunity to take a shower chlorine filter that goes a long way to fixing the skin (and hair). There are some other anecdotal things I am not sure about acne in any way, but I would leave it alone, if you are generally healthy, then there going to get acne, so most of the time everything possible to think only of acne as a indictator for your body. Then once again an ugly enough to cope, and I went through a lot of pain before I realized what I just said.
