Cure or relief of eczema?

I have eczema all over my body, and it appears as bumpy skin that feels like sandpaper. I moisturize every day which helps to a certain extent, but is there anything else I can do to make my skin softer? I have been prescribed several lotions and creams by a dermatologist, but none seemed to work. Is there a more natural, organic way to smooth my skin?

I have the same problem, drink lots of H2O, don't take very hot baths or showers, always use a lotion after your shower or bath to help your skin from drying out. I make a mixture of sea salt 2tbs, honey 2tbs and olive oil1/4cup and rub it into my skin/ then rinse off and soak in the tub for 5mins, I use this in the bath it seems to really hydrate my skin if it's very dry and I have tried Emu oil to really moisturize my skin it seems to help. But some times it just seems to go thru very dry spells no matter what I do!!
