Dr. Hagiwara's Green Magma is a naturally alkaline, energizing drink powder containing a wealth of beneficial phytonutrients including antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, protein and chlorophyll. Contains no added sugar, salt, colorings, or fillers. Free of animal products, gluten, soy, wheat and yeast. Suggested Use: Dissolve two teaspoons into an 8oz glass of water or your favorite juice. Do not take with hot liquids since eat will neutralize active enzymes. Recommended once or twice daily on an empty stomach (20 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.)

Green Magma has given me so much energy and just makes me feel better in general. My skin, hair and nails look healthy again.I have always taken vitamins (I'm 58 and took vitamins back in the 1970's, I used to read Adell Davis' books)yet adding the Green Magma has made all the difference in my day. Try it, you wil feel the difference.

I take Green Magma with orange juice on an empty stomach every morning. It took about 2 weeks for me to feel it working - a significant decrease in physical and mental fatigue. Used to need to drink more coffee to stay alert when studying. I now only drink coffee because I want to rather than need to. Coupled with a good, balanced diet and exercise regime, Green Magma really does make a difference to my energy level.

after reading an article in one of the hand outs at the cancer center about the product Green Magma, I wanted to try if as part of my mothers going healthy diet program in her fight against colon stage 4 cancer. I use this product in helping my mothers fight cancer. It blends well in her fresh mixed juice daily. I cook with it also. It is a very good boost in her diet. There is not taste, so you can use it often, and it blends very well. Thanks for opening up a new item in combating bad diets.

If you want something different than your plain white or brown rice take a chance and look into this rice, this is real good yummy rice. On top of that this rice is healthier for you than white rice, it is easy to prepare and can be used in other rice dishes, if you like a change of pace from the normal rice dishes then check this rice out. I love love love this rice and I highly recommend this rice for all you rice lovers like me.

For the purpose of food, "organic" means raised or cultured without the use of pesticides and other chemicals. It does not mean "raised in a mythical land without pollution" or even "good for you." Lotus Foods looks to be a California company so my guess is that this was certified organic in the US, not China. The objections of the other reviewer are silly -- sure, Chinese cities are polluted, and the country has many other problems, but this does not mean every kernel of rice from this vast expanse of geography is inedible. I have eaten this rice and I love it; it has a great flavor and texture, and it holds together well if you want it to. Its green color is visually pleasing. And it is no more inherently unsafe based on being from somewhere in China than a carrot from North Carolina inherently tastes like cigarettes.

Organic in China? No way.

I was so excited to read about this product in Bon Appetit until I saw it was grown in China. Since the air, water and dirt are all toxic in China and their certification process of organic is wildly lacking, this product is not what I consider safe to feed my family or guests. :(

I can not say enough good stuff about this protein shake. I scoop it into my blender ball in the morning shake and drink. The whole process take 1 minute and I'm not hungry again until lunch time! It tastes great, sort of like gazpacho and It could not be more important to get enough leafy green veggies in anywhere we can! At less than $3.00 a shake, it is also a great price to pay for a quick nutritious no fuss breakfast that leaves you no clean up.

Mild Affect Scrub

Alba Sea Algae Enzyme Facial Scrub is terrific. Even with careful cleaning your complexion can get dull from layers of dead skin build up at any age. This scrub is mild and not too abrasive (of course you have to be thoughtful about how hard you press), leaving your skin with a vibrant glow. I've used this product for three years and find it to be valuable addition to my skin care regime.

Smells and feels great

I love this scrub. It smells like mud- but really clean mud, like they use at a spa. I use it to exfoliate once a week and it does a terrific job. It leaves your face very soft. I have sensitive skin and have never had a reaction to it, so I guess it depends on the person. This is also a great price- it is around $9.50 at the drugstore and Amazon has it for ~$4.

I have exzema and I was looking for a new face wash after my favorite scrub from AVON was discontinued. I decided to try it since it was one of the only cleaners at the pharmacy without a fragrance. This scrub is very harsh for those with sensitive skin. It burned my face and left rough, dry, red, patches all over my face. Even when I washed off the scrub, my face continued to burn. Avoid at all costs! This scrub will leave your face looking worse than it did before you washed your face!

Be sure to exfoliate first, then use plenty of product to get good coverage. One application gives obvious results that, depending on the lighting can look either glowy and tan or sort of orange-ish. Not too different than most self-tanners.

We loved the fact that it was one of the lowest rated by the EWG (Environmental Working Group). We spent a week on the beach and none of of got sunburned. The product goes smoothly, it smells nice, and does its job!
