I'm just wondering about the whole liquids and stuff over 100mls and I'm wondering which of the following has to follow those regulations.

Clinique superbalance foundation
These are my absolute favourite cosmetics and I don't want to have to dump them in the airport as a few of them are also quite expensive!

These cosmetic items do come under the liquid regulation (maybe the only exception being the Avon lipstick - that's quite solid-like).
Most of the items are normally sold in sizes less than 3oz/100mls anyway (exception perhaps the Astral moisturiser which could normally be purchased in bigger sizes, but you can refill it into a smaller container or buy one in a smaller size) so as long as you put them into a clear resealable bag of 1qtz/1000mls capacity, and you can seal the bag, it'll be alright.
