First of all, i would like to say that i received these within 3 days and i had standard shipping! When i got them i they felt sooo soft that my 2 yr old daughter was wanting to rub them all over her face! lol i used them and they were wonderful! I was able to apply my make up fast and was really smooth! They did not shed or anything when i washed them either! I would recommend these to everyone!

I don't normally use make-up or any kind of product on my skin other than an acne preventer and lip balm so i'm not sure if i quite know what i'm talking about; but this is what i did this morning. I dabbed on some liquid foundation and used the powder brush to dust on translucent mineral veil, and the eyeshaddow brush and coverup brush to blend in some light color on my eyes and i think they work great. they don't leave lines, loose bristles, or unblended areas on your face, plus, they have very decent coverage and don't hurt your skin. I love em' and i doubt i will ever use any other brand from now on. (P.S. I bought mine at my local Walgreens for $[...], and i suggest you do the same. You wont have to wait for delivery [...].) (P.S.S. I think they also sell Ecotools at Target, if you don't have a Walgreens near you.)

Not great

The material of these brushes is really fantastic, the bristles are very soft. However, these seem to be all odd sizes, not quite what I had expected. The largest brush, which I intended to use as a loose power brush, isn't as big as I would like. I feel like I'm smearing the power on, not dusting. The next brush has a really small little handle or "nub," it isn't easy to hold and the brush part is actually too large to use for blush as I had intended. The other 2 brushes, which I thought I would use for eyeshadow, are actually too large for eyeshadow - if you want any control that is. Great material, not very useful.

Great price for Great Quality

I've spent good money on brushes to only have to buy new ones to replace them due to shedding and them getting rough. I bought these and they were surprisingly soft to the touch. I use the foundation brush with bare minerals foundation, and the kabuki for for the mineral veil, works Great together. The eyeshadow brush is a wonderful eyeshadow brush that blends color very well. I use it for my daytime shadowing. The concealer brush works great with bare minerals bisque. I use all the brushes and for the price I would be happy to replace every few months. I've already washed the foundation brush and its just as soft as when i first purchased it. Great Quality for a Great price.

these soft, sleek, eco-friendly brushes give me excellent service and peace of mind. i can no longer blithely purchase beauty products that i know ride on the backs of cripple, maimed, and murdered animals. i will reseacrh and choose accordingly products that support my philosophy. i find eco-tool brushes to be more luxuriant and hardy than the most expensive sable brushes. the 4 brushes fufill all of my make-up application needs and you cannot beat the prices. if you are considering purchasing them, take the plunge. i do not think you will regret your choice.

I love this brush!!

I ordered this brush a couple days ago, and received the brush very promptly. I cannot describe how unbelievably soft the bristles of the brush are!! Also, the brush has not shed but 2 hairs since I've been using it! I am extremely satisfied with this brush, especially for how little I paid for it. Definitely worth it!For those wondering, the brush is about 6.5 inches long.I would definitely recommend this brush to anyone!

This is a wonderful foundation brush without the cost of the more expensive brushes. I have had mine for quite awhile and I still love it! I even bought a backup... just in case :)

Amazing Brush

I cannot say enough good things about this brush! It makes application so easy and my foundation always comes out even. It has not shed a single bristle, despite my washing it multiple times (which also is easy - it come out brand new!) and heavy use. It does an excellent job blending my foundation to the amount of coverage I want and even is tapered enough at the end to fill in those smaller spots (like around my eyebrows and nose grooves). Oh yeah, it's super cheap and "green"!! Highly recommended :)

I love this brush! When I ordered, it arrived way ahead of schedule! This brush is small enough to handle nicely, kind of like a pen. The brush itself is very soft, and the bristles don't fall out, which is a big plus. It's wonderful for all kinds of foundations. I also love the fact that it's "earth friendly"! I will definitely be ordering more brushes from ecotools in the future!

Best mineral makeup

This is the best mineral makeup ever. I used to use Bare Escentuals and thought it was the best until a friend gave me this to try over a year ago. I was not sold initially, like another reviewer said, until I realized that I was putting on WAY too much. I experimented with just using a small amount and voila! Once I learned how the coverage was and how little I actually needed, I was sold. I actually ran out of this and had gotten a free sample of BE and thought, well, it'll do. UM, NO! It was not good at all. The powder went up my nose and the coverage wasn't good. It seemed too powdery, not silky smooth like NM. This is not my first purchase of it, but Amazon had best price, so I reordered and the shipping was so quick that I was doubly delighted! I will never use another foundation as long as they make this. Also, this is good for my acne prone skin, I have found that when I use it, I actually have fewer breakouts, or none at all. YEAH!!

Gerat Mineral Make Up

I sold Mary Kay for years and wore it for even more...I got tired of the heavy caky foundation. I order Naked Minerals and love it...I ran out and then ordered th i.d. bare escentuals and do not like it. I cancelled my order. I am now back on line ordering Naked Minerals...lasts allday and looks much better than any makeup I have ever tried. I recently turned 50 and my sister-in-law asked me what my beauty secret was...I said "I'm wearing Naked Minerals".....Love the product!!!

Looks bad

I did not like this makeup at all. I am a huge fan of mineral makeup but this product does not cut it. It makes your face look weird and it does not cover very well. Also, don't sweat, hug anyone, or touch your face on your clothing because this stuff will rub off and stain clothing. I am not a fan at all. However like I said, I love mineral makeup I have found that Bare Minerals is the best one out there.Bare Escentuals Get Started Kit Light/Fairly Light

great foundation, but expensive

This is a great foundation that gives very natural coverage, that's buildable. Apply a little for light coverage or blend on more and get more coverage. The finish is very natural. This foundation has some of the best staying power of any mineral foundation I've tried. If you perspire, just dab your face with a paper towel and your makeup won't be at all disturbed. Comes with a light and dark color so you can blend your perfect shade, plus you can use the lighter as a concealor, so no need for an additional product. Their prices are rather expensive, but the do have a great offer where for $9.95 you get the pressed mineral foundation and a kabuki brush. The brush is average quality, does a little shedding at first, but the bristles are nice and soft. This mineral foundation doesn't make my face itch like Bare Essentials did and it doesn't give my skin a "dewy" look that on me looks terrible. Definately worth a try for the deal they're offering.

The color's not to far off from my skin tone so I don't see much of a difference but others disagree. It's very light, doesn't seem to come off on clothes or fingers but a gentle toner takes it right off. Helps keep shine under control with a touch of summer glow. I wear it nude but it really does have the ability to be worn over foundation and blush. I have very sensitive skin but this doesn't irritate or clog pores.
