What are some all natural and organic food products?
I want to eat more products that respect the environment and eat more organically err whata call. What are hair products like shampoo and hairspray that are organic and environmentally safe and easy? How do I know what it is and what is not environmentally safe? What are organic foods?

The best way know whether their food is organic is to find the USDA Organic label Ceritifed. The best place to find organic food is on your local health food store or Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, or wild oats.
