The only soap I'll use

In the past I have been able to use just about any soap with no problems. However, about three years ago all commercially produced soaps I tried made my skin itchy and dry. Then I discovered Clearly Natural's Vitamin E soap and my problems were gone. Unfortunately, it can be hard to find in stores around here--even if they carry Clearly Natural the selection is often limited and it can be hit and miss to get the vitamin e variety--but now that I know I can get it on Amazon I am very happy!

Keeps you looking young!

My skin is extremely allergic and this vitamin E soap was recommended to me years ago. I started washing my face with it at least 2x a day. I have oily on T-Zone (only forehead, nose and chin)and dry on the sides of the face. Not only did I not have an allergic reaction but this soap cleared my face, left my skin smooth throughout and removes the shiny oily feel. The bonus was that while women my age are showing wrinkles, my face appears the same after years of using this product. I have recommended it to many friends and they all have great feedback. This product is amazing for the price - I only pray it never gets discontinued!

Quality soap

Only used one bar so far. Did not last as long as I remember Glycerine soaps lasting, but at least the same or a little longer than regular soaps. I was down to the end of a Nuetrogena bar and compressed them together. The next few mornings the Nuetrogena bar always had slushing, where the Clearly Natural was always dry and slush free. The soap dish will stay real nice and clean with this soap because of the lack of this slushing effect. Too early to tell if it will help my dry winter skin. It lathers perfectly. I use it for shaving also, and my face and neck have had noticably less shaving rash. The bottom line on anything (from dog food to the camera you buy) though is to look at the ingredients and or parts: Clearly Natural uses a high concentration of expensive glycerine (2 1/2 times that of Nuetrogena for 1/3 the price) and no negative nasties like animal tallowate that are in most soaps. Give it a try. Their shiping was was great, package arrived in 3-4 days.

This soap is wonderful for dry skin; unlike commercial soaps which are largely devoid of glycerine today, Clearly Natural is pure glycerine with your choice of "flavorings"--Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Jojoba oil, Aloe, etc.--do a search to find your favorite.My husband loves the Vitamin E version for his shaving mug--foams well, cleans great, no soapy residue.I find this soap cleans thoroughly without drying my skin; great for removing makeup. A+.

This soap really left my skin soft and smooth. The only ingredients in this soap are Palm oils, Glycerine, Water and Natural fragrace.Amazing soap at an amazing price! I will never buy the leading brands like Dove, Olay again...they carry tons of ingredients that just makes my skin dry...

Great product; don't hesitate

Needed to get rid of the ugly bar soap in both the bathroom and kitchen. Figured I'd give this a try as it is suppose to be a moisturizing hand soap. I love the size of the bottle, the pump is large enough so even a man can use it easily vs. those skinny, narrow pumps on many other products.I'm not sure about the moisturizing part because my hands are always dry and the skin on my hands always feels tight but in all honesty, my hands are in water all the time. With 6 dogs, cooking, cleaning, and gardening I am always washing my hands so I don't know if the soap is helping or not.I got the 2-pack: one Aloe Vera (kitchen) and Milk/Honey (bathroom). My original idea was to use all the bath gels and bath lotions I've gotten over the years as gifts as refills when these are close to empty but I like the Milk/Honey scent so well that I've decided to get Soft Soap refill in that scent and find another use for all those 'gels and lotions' sitting collecting dust. The Aloe Vera scent is almost non existent so if you prefer a scent you can actually detect, go with the Milk/Honey choice.A little of this soap goes a long way. It is a thick, rich, creamy soap out of the dispenser that lathers quickly and easily and, a big plus for me, rinses easily and quickly. Don't know why I waited so long to do this but now that I've found it, I'm never lettin' go!!!!

Softsoap Milk Protein and Honey is my favorite hand soap by Softsoap. I wash my hands at least 20 times a day. I am a germ freak. I don't get sick that often, because i always wash my hands. Softsoap is the best hand soap there is. This is my favorite kind of brand. I won't buy any other brand of hand soap. Softsoap always gets my hands clean.

Amazing!

I never thought a soap could make such a big difference. I switched to this soap about ten days ago and I can't believe how much better my skin feels, especially my face and hands.The Aveeno bar looks and feels completely different from any other bar soap. It does not lather to any great extent, which may bother some people, but the fact is that lather serves no cleaning purpose. It does feel creamy and pleasant. It also has a smell that, well, smells like oatmeal, so that is an adjustment. It is not unpleasant, just different. It does not transfer to the skin, nor can I smell the bar when I walk into the bathroom, which is important to me as I do not like perfumed or flowery soaps that (to me) stink up the room.I was worried that it would not be effective in removing makeup, especially mascara, but it works just fine.Aveeno also has a new product, a moisturizer for people with eczema Aveeno Active Naturals Eczema Care Moisturizing Cream, 6 Oz, that I also started using a week ago, and the effects of the combination of the two is a marvel. I occasionally have mild eczema outbreaks, so I cannot speak for those with more severe cases or itching skin, but this bar and the moisturizer have worked wonders for me.

Works for oily skin too...

My husband is very sensitive to fragrances, so I'm always looking for good fragrance-free skin products. I've been using this soap for several weeks now and really like it. I have oily skin, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy but I can feel that it's moisturizing it.

Aveeno products are all guaranteed great.

Without question, if you have any special need for irritated, dry or combination skin, this soap is miraculous. If Aveeno makes it, buy without any doubt that it will satisfy!

Don't pass this up!

This is a great product to use if you at all suffer from any dry skin or skin irritations. If you find yourself washing your hands all day, use this one and you won't feel like you're washing away all of your skin's natural protection. I've occasionally used it to wash my face, and it does a complete job of removing my make-up without leaving it red and irritated. Definitely worth a try if bar-soaps have disappointed you before!

Family Favorite Soap

My family has been using this soap for a few years now and we love it. No problems with dry skin! It has a nice fresh smell, but not too intense. It also lasts a long time. My only complaint would be that sometimes it cracks into layers. A solution to that is to cut the bar in half-that works well as the bar is quite large. The grapefruit scent is equally loved.Diane M.

Needs Moisturizer!

If you love oranges, you'll love the scent of this soap. However, it seems to be drying out our skin. And apparently, it's really strong - the few times we've washed our toddler's hands with this soap, rough dry rash patches appear almost immediately. They go away after a day of regular moisturizer application....In any case, if you've got dry skin, you probably don't want to get these on a regular basis. Every once in a while though, is nice.Six month ago I would have given this 5 stars, but after our skin has become more and more dry, we've narrowed the problem down to this soap, and cannot give it higher than 3 stars, mostly for the pleasant aroma.

Great for Hair too!

I have been using this soap for 2 years and loving it! My Dr. even commented on how soft and healthy my previous problem skin was. My hair was having problems, very dry, frizzy ( natural curly). After spending a fortune on different products, one day I washed it with this soap. I was astonished at the lather from just one swipe of the bar on my hair. After just one washing, my hair was shinier than ever! After 2 washings, the frizz was totally gone, moisture had returned! Save your money buying all those products, this one does it all!

Horrible smell, even worse feeling

I purchased this soap because my skin is very dry and sensitive. So much so that my face and neck get blotches. This soap dries the skin even more. Your skin will feel tight and uncomfortable, and you'll need to use a lot of moisturizing lotion afterwards to make up for it. The only thing that works on my skin is Bag Balm. I highly recommend it. It may be sticky and smell strange, but it smells better than the olive oil stuff and it ALWAYS works. Go Bag Balm!

Great soap.. Works well for dry skin, wouldn't use it on oily.. I got it on Amazon for a great price.. Was shipped fast and as promised. Shipper didn't do a great job but that had nothing to do with the seller. Or the soap for that matter! LOL I wouldn't use anything else. Has a scent dry, no scent left on body.

LOVE this soap

It doesn't really "awaken" my muscles but the beads feel like they exfoliate off the nasty "sweat slime" i get when I get back from the gym. I hate sweating and I definitely hate when the sweat dries on your skin. I run daily and I love this soap it smells SO good and feels really nice =]
